Chinese, Iranian FMs talk on phone

China hopes "Iran's nuclear issue" is handled within the framework of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing said Friday night during a phone call with his Iranian counterpart, Kamal Kharrazi.

Kharrazi briefed Li on the discussions of the issue at the IAEA Board of Governors' meeting.
