The financial secretary will also speak at the "2010 World Expo-Shanghai/Hong Kong Cooperation Roundtable" on Sept. 21 before traveling to Wuxi in Jiangsu Province.

In Wuxi, Tang will meet leaders of the Jiangsu provincial government and Wuxi city government. Tang will later address a conference on CEPA (Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement) promotion and development of modern service industries.
