Chinese State Councilor Hua Jianmin met in Beijing on September 22 with Cho Chang Hyun, chairman of Civil Service Commission of the Republic of Korea (ROK), and his party.

Hua, also secretary-general of the State Council, said the Chinese government has always attached great importance to the development of human resources and has respected labor, knowledge, talent and creativity.

China has set forth the strategy of building up the nation with talent, and the government is working hard to establish an effective employment system in which talented people can find positions that can develop their talents to the full, Hua acknowledged.

Cho said the ROK government cherishes its relations with China and is willing to improve exchange and cooperation with China on human resource development.

Cho is visiting China as guest of the Chinese Ministry of Personnel.
