Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao concluded on September 23 his three-day official visit to the Kyrgyz Republic and left here for Russia to continue his two-nation trip.

During his visit to Bishkek, Wen met with Kyrgyz President Askar Akayev and his Kyrgyz counterpart Nikolai Tanayev respectively. The two sides signed a series of important documents, including a 10-year program of cooperation. Wen also held talks with leaders of the Kyrgyz parliament.

Before leaving for Russia, Wen attended the third meeting of prime ministers from the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

During his stay in Russia, Wen will discuss with Russian leaders on issues of trade and the cooperation in fighting terrorism.
