font size

Regulation on Mobile Phone Repair Service in Shanghai has been unveiled and is expected to take effect from Oct.1st.

The regulation is issued by Shanghai Association of Electronic Products Repair Service and some 20 famous mobile phone developers, reported China Radio Internaitonal.

The new regulation stipulates that repair workers should hold relevant qualification certificates and all service halls should hang the board on which specific fees for repairing are listed inside their rooms.

In addition, the repair service halls are supposed to provide a backup phone for their customers if they cannot finish repairing the mobile phone within seven days and they should also guarantee the repaired phones can operate normally for at least thirty days.
