Chinese, Austrian judicial leaders meet in Beijing

Xiao Yang, president of China's Supreme People's Court, met here Thursday with Karl Korinek, president of the Constitutional Court of Austria.

Present at the meeting were visiting President of the Administrative Court Clemens Jabloner and President of the Supreme Judicial Court Johann Rzeszut.

The Austrian judges are here on a China visit at the invitation of the Supreme People's Court.

There are three supreme courts in Austria, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Judicial Court and the Administrative Court.
