Chinese state councilor to visit Indonesia

At the invitation of the Indonesian government, as a special representative of Chinese President Hu Jintao, State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan will pay a working visit to Indonesia on Nov. 5.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue announced Tuesday at a routine press conference.

She said during the visit, Tang will exchange views with the new leaders of Indonesia on strengthening Sino-Indonesian good-neighborly and friendly cooperation, and other important issues of common interest.
