States and votes Bush, Kerry have won as of 9:15 p.m. (0215 GMT)

The followings are the names of states and the number of their electoral votes won by US Republican candidate George W. Bush and Democratic Senator John Kerry as of 09:15 p.m. (0215 GMT) in the 2004 presidential election Tuesday.

A candidate needs a total of 270 electoral votes to win the presidency.
