Chinese FM expresses congratulations to new president of UAE
Special envoy of the Chinese government and Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing (R) is welcomed by officials of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Abu Dhabi Nov. 5, 2004. Li arrived here Friday evening to express condolence for the late President Sheikh Zayed and also to express congratulations for the accession of new president.
