Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's wife Suha, who has been accompanying Arafat since his admission into the French Percy military hospital, has sent a message to Palestinian leaders in the West Bank on Sunday.
The man who carries the massage and whose named was not released set off on Sunday for Ramallah in the West Bank, French media quoted AFP agency news.
The message is said to be handed over to Mohamed Dahlan, formerPalestinian minister of internal security, who went to see Arafat on Saturday in the Percy hospital, in the company of Arafat's two top aides, Nabir Abu Rudeina and Mohammed Rachid.
Abu Rudeina said Saturday evening that Arafat was "stable", according to French TF1 television.
The health department of the French Defense Ministry declared Sunday morning that Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's condition is unchanged since the last health update released on Friday.
"Yasser Arafat is in an unchanged condition compared with the last health update (on Friday)," French RFI television quoted as saying General Christian Estripeau, the spokesman for France's military medical service.
Late on Friday, Estripeau said "Yasser Arafat's condition has not deteriorated (over the last 24 hours) and is considered stable."
