Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing had a telephone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Monday.

The two ministers exchanged views on Sino-Russian relations and on how to properly resolve the Iranian nuclear issue within the framework of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
