At the invitation of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda Baldwin Spencer will pay an official visit to China from Nov. 17-22.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue made the announcement in Beijing Tuesday at a regular press conference.
