    Passenger ship catches fire in Dalian

The ship carrying 273 passengers caught fire at around 13:30 Tuesday on its way from Yantai City in eastern China's Shandong Province to Dalian. By press time, most of crewmen and passengers had been saved with some others missing or slightly injured. The rescue work is underway.

    UN imposes immediate arms embargo on Cote d'Ivoire

    South Korean president kicks off South America visit
