South Korean president kicks off South America visit
Argentine President Nestor Kirchner (2nd L) and South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun (C) meet the press together after their talks in the presidential palace in Buenos Aires Nov. 15, 2004. Roh began his three-day visit to the South American nation on Nov. 14. During his visit, the two countries will sign 13 agreements on cooperation in economy, technology and culture.
