He Yong, member of the Secretariat of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met with a Moroccan delegation from that country's Socialist Union of Popular Forces (SUPF) party Friday.

He, also deputy secretary of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, said China has always attached great importance to its friendly relationship with Morocco, and that the CPC would like to develop relations with the SUPF so as to improve ties between the two countries in an all-round way.

The delegation, led by Mohamed Karam, member of the political bureau of the SUPF, arrived here Thursday on a visit to China at the invitation of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee.
