Job fairs become battle ground

It's job-hunting season again. College students across China are flooding to different job fairs to look for their first job in their life.

In a job fair in China's southern Guangzhou city, students are finding it hard to hand in their resumes.

"It takes half an hour just to line up and hand in a resume."

Computer-related majors are still the hottest, according to one employer: "All computer-related majors are welcome. software, hardware, and computer application. "

An increasing number of graduates and fierce competition have also lowered students' expectation of salaries. Most post graduates are asking for only about 3000 yuan, or some 400 US dollars a month, while before they would expect at least 600 US dollars.

More graduates shift their attention from salary to the prospect of their career.
