    US soldier killed in bomb attack in Baghdad

    One US soldier was killed Saturday in a roadside bomb detonation close to a US tank patrol in the flashpoint city of Dhuluiya, some 90 km north of Baghdad.

    Killing in a Henan high school

    A man feeds his boy who, among three others, survived a bloody campus killing. The killing occurred in a provincial high school Central China's Henan Province, which left eight school boys killed in dorm on Thursday night.

    The public memorial ceremony worships King Pan of the Yao Nationality in Fuchuan Yao Autonomous County, southwest China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Nov. 27, 2004. People of the Yao Nationality hold various celebrations to commemorate their ancestor King Pan Oct. 16 of the Chinese lunar calendar each year.

    Germany-China economic cooperation agreement signed

    Representatives from China's Beijing Jeep Corporation and the German-US Daimler Chrysler sign an agreement on adding investment in the production of Mercedes-Benz C-Class and E-Class sedans in China, in Bremen, Germany, Nov. 26, 2004.
