The United States beat Brazil 3-0 Saturday to claim third place in the FIFA Under-19 Women's World Championship.
Germany will play China for the title later Saturday at Bangkok's Rajamangala Stadium.
The United States' Kerri Hanks broke opened the scoring with a goal in the 21st minute. Megan Rapinoe and Angie Woznuk also scored.
The United States won the inaugural championship at Canada in 2002. The FIFA Under-19 Women's World Championship featured 12 teams competing in three groups.
