Senior CPC official meets with Sudanese guests

Zhou Yongkang, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, met Tuesday with a delegation of the Sudanese National Congressive Party (SNCP), led by Secretary for Economic Affairs Tagalseer Mustafa Adalsalam.

Zhou briefed the guests on China's current political and economic situation and gave a positive appraisal of the relationship between the CPC and the SNCP.

He told the guests the CPC is willing to develop its friendly and cooperative relations with the SNCP in various forms and at various levels.

The two sides also had an exchange of views on other issues of common concern.
