The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) is ready to enhance exchanges and cooperation with the National Council of the Slovenian assembly, said Wang Zhongyu, vice-chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, in Beijing Wednesday.
Wang made the remarks in his talks with Janez Susnik, chairperson of the National Council of the Slovenian assembly, who was here on a six-day visit to China at the invitation of the CPPCC National Committee.
The CPPCC, China's top political advisory body, will continue to enhance exchanges and cooperation with the National Council of Slovenian assembly, in a bid to promote bilateral ties between thetwo countries, Wang said.
Susnik said that the National Council of the Slovenian assembly was willing to increase mutual understanding, and enhance exchanges and cooperation with the CPPCC National Committee of China so as to press ahead with the continuous growth of bilateral relations between the two countries.
Susnik and other Slovenian guests arrived here Tuesday to begin their China tour.
