The nuclear issue of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and bilateral trade will top the agenda of talks scheduled for Thursday between Roh and British Prime Minister Tony Blair, earlier news reports said.

Roh and his wife Kwon Yang-Sook will receive a ceremonial welcome Wednesday before having lunch at Buckingham Palace with Britain's Queen Elizabeth II.

Also on Wednesday Roh will lay wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Westminster Abbey and at the Korean War Memorial at St. Paul's Cathedral, will meet with Britain's opposition leaders, will attend a reception at Buckingham Palace for members of the British Korean Veterans Association and will later be the guest of honor at a state banquet at Buckingham Palace.

Roh is expected to open a High Tech Forum at the London Hilton Metropolis Hotel on Thursday before he departs for talks with British Prime Minister Tony Blair at No. 10 Downing Street.

Roh, who is scheduled to leave London on Friday, will then fly to Poland to continue his European tour.
