Pakistan, Indian hold talks on rail serviceTalks between Pakistan and India on opening a rail service to link the two sides are under way hereFriday, local media reported. A report of the Dawn newspaper said technical teams from concerned departments of both sides kicked off the discussion Thursday in a bid to clinch a final decision on a rail to link between Pakistan's Khokharpar city and India's Monabao city. Arrangements relating to travel documents and repairs of trackswill be covered in the talks, according to the Dawn.
