|
Several militia members help make camps in Nayong County, southwest China's Guizhou Province, Dec. 5, 2004. Along with donations, winter clothes, rice of 5.1 tons, over 9, 000 quilts and coal of 150 tons were delivered the people in Zuojiaying Village, which was severely hit by a landslide previously. The villagers have settled in the 86 camps offered by the government and Red Cross. Local government is looking for new residential areas for the victims and collecting subsistence materials to ensure them a safe winter.
