Chinese Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai on Tuesday wound up a four-day visit to Egypt after intensive talks with Egyptian officials that were focused on further boosting bilateral economic ties.
During his visit, Bo met with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, Prime Minister Ahmed Nazef and several other Egyptian ministers.
The visit came as part of China's efforts to further develop bilateral relations, especially economic cooperation, following a summit between Chinese President Hu Jintao and Mubarak in January.
Bo, who is leading a high-ranking delegation of officials and entrepreneurs, arrived here Saturday evening.
