China handset export tops 100 mil. in first ten months

From January to October China's handset export grew rapidly as shown by the latest statistics released by the Department of Import and Export of Electromechanical Products of the Ministry of Commerce.

According to the Customs China has exported 111 million handsets by the end of October with a value of $10.82 billion - a year-on-year growth of 52.2 percent and 99.3 percent. Average unit price of the exported handsets grew by 30.9 percent year on year.
