More than 400 duplicates of painting and calligraphy of dynasties of Tang (618-907), Song (960-1279) and Qing (1644-1911) are displayed Saturday.

    Annual charity bazaar opens in Addis Ababa

    An annual charity bazaar was organized by diplomatic corps of the countries such as China, Italy and France and the UN bodies in Belgian Embassy in Addis Ababa on Dec. 11, 2004. The articles on sale include delicacies of national flavors, handicrafts and items for daily use. Part of the earnings will be donated to Ethiopian charity bodies to help those poverty-stricken children.
