Survivors of Nanjing Massacre to enjoy social assistance

After occupied Nanjing, the capital of China at that time on Dec. 13, 1937, Japanese troops started an over 40 days of massacre, killing about 300,000 Chinese civilians and prisoners of war in brutal and ferocious ways.
