Senior CPC official meets guests from Japan, South Africa and MoldovaWang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met with delegations from Japan, South Africa and Moldova in Beijing Monday. Meeting with the delegation of the parliamentarian alliance to promote Japan-China economic exchanges led by Kitazawa Toshimi, Wang said the growth of Sino-Japanese ties in the common interest of both sides. He also expressed hope for the two sides to enlarge areas of cooperation, and to promote a long-term, stable and sound development of bilateral relations. Meeting with the delegation of the Ministry of Intelligence of South Africa led by the minister Ronnie Kasrils, Wang said bilateral relations between the two countries have developed fast with deepening cooperation in various fields. He noted that exchanges between political parties of China and South Africa have played a positive role in the growth of bilateral ties, adding that China hopes to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with South Africa.
