Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao met in Beijing Wednesday with a delegation of young members of the Diet of Japan, which was headed by Aizawa Ichiro, vice-minister for foreign affairs of Japan.

The two sides exchanged views on issues concerning the Sino-Japanese relations.

The delegation came to China at the invitation of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs. Chinese State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan also met with the delegation during its stay in China.
