Romania supports China's anti-secession efforts
font size

Romania supports China's efforts to safeguard its sovereignty and territorial integrity, Romanian State Secretary George Ciamba said on Tuesday.

Bucharest understands and supports the planned deliberation of an anti-secession draft law by the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, which is scheduled for Dec. 25-29, Ciamba said at a meeting with Chinese ambassador to Romania, Xu Jian.

Romania will unswervingly adhere to the one-China policy, he said.
