Spanish police have arrested a suspected member of an Islamic terrorist cell which is planning a terrorist attack in Spain, authorities said Saturday.
Police arrested Mustafa Farhoui, the forth person of Moroccan origin arrested this week, late Friday in the northeastern Spanish town of Martorell.
Three others were arrested in the northeastern region of Catalonia.
Farhoui, along with three other Moroccans, is believed to be part of an Islamic cell believed to have made contact with an intermediary in an unspecified central European country to buy explosives for a terrorist attack in Spain.
Islamic terrorists are blamed for the Madrid train bombings that killed 191 people and wounded 1,800 in March.
