The Committee of Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland of the DPRK issued a paper named "Liquidation of the Current South Korean Government's Crimes Against Reunification" and enumerated ten crimes of the south government since it's inauguration.

"The south Korean government's activities since its inauguration are completely contrary to its promise," said the paper.

The listed crimes including "forbidding folk groups in the South to mourn Kim Il-sung at his tenth death anniversary; abducting over 400 people of DPRK to the South; cutting off over 300 Internet site connections with the DPRK" and "seeking secret nuke development."
