Jiang Zemin writes inscription to mark the 75th anniversary of the Gutian Meeting
font size

Comrade Jiang Zemin wrote an inscription recently to mark the 75th anniversary of the Gutian Meeting: "the Gutian Meeting is a milestone in the history of the building of the Communist Party of China and the army. "

In December 1929, the 9th Party Congress of the Fourth Army of the Chinese Workers and Peasants' Red Army was held in Gutian, Fujian Province, which was later called the Gutian Meeting. At the meeting, the Gutian Meeting Resolution, a programme for the building of the Communist Party of China and the army, drafted by Comrade Mao Zedong, was adopted, which answered the fundamental question of how to build the Communist Party and the army and enriched and developed the Marxist theory on Party building.
