A delegation of the National People's Congress (NPC) of China left Guangzhou on Sunday for Vietnam to attend the 13th annual meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum and pay an official good-will visit to Vietnam.

The delegation, headed by Gu Xiulian, vice-chairwoman of the NPC Standing Committee, is on the visit at the invitation of President of the National Assembly of Vietnam Nguyen Van An.
