Chinese ambassador to Afghanistan offer letter of Credence to Karzai
Chinese Ambassador to Afghanistan Liu Jian (L) offers Letter of Credence to Afghan President Hamid Karzai (R) in the Presidential Palace in Kabul, capital of Afghanistan Jan. 12, 2005. Liu is the second ambassador since the re-opening of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to Afghanistan in February, 2002.
