A book entitled "Jiang Zemin on Enhancing and Improving the Ruling Party's Building" has been published in Beijing.

Compiled by the Policy Research Office of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and published by the Party Literature Research Center of the CPC Central Committee, the book includes Jiang's remarks on ways to better the ruling capacity of CPC.
