Party delegation leaves for European visit

A delegation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) left Beijing Monday for a good-will visit to Italy, Germany and the European Parliament.

The delegation led by Wang Jiarui, head of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, was invited by the Italian Daisy Party, the German Social Democratic Party, and Groupof the People's Party (Christian Democrats) in the European Parliament.
