Liu Jian was appointed the new ambassador to Afghanistan, replacing Sun Yuxi. Sun Yuxi was appointed the new ambassador to the Republic of India, replacing Hua Junduo. Fan Guijin was appointed the new ambassador to the Republic of Uganda, replacing Li Qiangmin. Li Beifen (female) was appointed the new ambassador to the Republic of Benin, replacing Wang Xinshi. Wang Xinshi was appointed the new ambassador to the Republic of Iceland, replacing Jiang Zhengyun. Jiang Zhengyun was appointed the new ambassador to the Republic of Botswana, replacing Lin Difu. Wang Kaiwen was appointed the new ambassador to Georgia, replacing Xu Jianguo. Tian Xuejun was appointed the new ambassador to the Hellenic Republic, replacing Tang Zhenqi.
