Singaporean Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yong-Boon Yeo will pay a visit to China from Jan. 28 to Feb. 3 at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart Li Zhaoxing, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan told a regular press conference Thursday.

Li talked over phone with Yeo on issues concerning tsunami relief in the Indian Ocean areas several days ago. They once held talks in 2004 when attending the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation ministerial meeting in the Chilean capital of Santiago.
