The Ministry of Commerce (MOC) Monday warned Chinese citizens that a project on export of labor services in Bangladesh is fake.

The project of "China Commercial Town", hosted by the (Bangladesh) Jinding Industrial Investment Management Co. Ltd., was recruiting laborers such as hotel staff from some Chinese provinces, according to MOC sources.

"But the project is totally fake and Chinese companies and individuals should be careful," MOC official said.

Chinese labor export has increased in recent years and the Ministry of Commerce has issued warnings on many occasions to ask Chinese citizens to avoid risk to their property and life.
