Gambler local official detained
Cai Haowen (R), who is on a A-level wanted list of the Ministry of Public Security of China for gambling away a large sum of public money, is detained in a detention house of the Jinzhou Railway Station in Jinzhou, northeast China's Liaoning Province, Feb. 6, 2005. The Jilin provincial department of public security announced that Cai Haowen was captured Sunday in a train from Beijing to Harbin, the capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province on the same day.
