G8-Arab conference on Mideast reform postponed: Egyptian FMEgyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit said on Saturday that a conference which brings together the foreign ministers of the G8 and Arab countries planned for next month will be postponed indefinitely, the official MENA news agency reported. Abul Gheit said a new date for the meeting, originally slated for March 3 in Cairo to talk about Middle East reform, will be fixed through diplomatic contacts between the participants.
