At the invitation of Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing, Philippine Secretary of Foreign Affairs Alberto Romulo will pay an official visit to China from Feb. 28 to March 2, announced Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan Tuesday.
