US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice hold talks with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in London March 1st, 2005. Rice urged the Palestinian Authority to reform its security institutions during the talk. She said the US and international community will give assistance to Palestine.

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice meets Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in London March 1st, 2005. Rice, who arrived in London to participate in the meeting hosted by British Prime Minister Tony Blair and gathered by UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas, foreign ministers and senior officials from 23 nations, as well as top envoys from six international organizations including the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.
