Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing and US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice discussed Sino-American relations over phone Friday.

They exchanged in-depth views on implementation of the consensus reached by Chinese President Hu Jintao and US President George W. Bush on furthering constructive and cooperative relations between the two countries, Foreign Ministry sources said.
