Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has called on Israel to hand over control of several towns in the West Bank despite the Tel-Aviv suicide bombing.
Abbas noted that Israel should return to the transfer talks, saying that Palestinian forces would only be effective once Israeli troops leave West Bank towns.
Meanwhile, Israeli officials said there would be no more talks until Palestinians find those behind the suicide bombing outside a nightclub in Tel-Aviv that killed five people and wounded dozens more.
