 Steve Forbes, Forbes magazine's chief executive and editor-in-chief, releases the 19th annual list of world's billionaires during a news briefing in New York, the United States, March 10, 2005. Microsoft's founder American Bill Gates, with 46.5 billion US dollars, maintained his reign as the world's richest. He was followed by American capital strategist Warren Buffett with 44 billion dollars and India's steel giant Lakshmi Mittal with 25 billion dollars. Li Ka-shing from Hong Kong in south China ranks the 22nd and is also the richest Chinese with 13 billion dollars.
