It is learned from the Ministry of Commerce that as of April 1, China will introduce a record system for international shipping agent enterprises. Under the system, no threshold will be set up, nor any fees will be charged from enterprises.

The Ministry of Commerce recently published the "Temporary Measures for Putting International Cargo Transport Agent Enterprises on Record" and will put it into practice as of April 1. The "Measures" clearly stipulates the institution on record, procedure, change and cancellation. National network management is introduced to enterprises on record by applying electronic administration.
