Chinese vice president talks with his US counterpart over phone

Chinese Vice President Zeng Qinghong held talks with his US counterpart Dick Cheney over phone Wednesday evening, according to the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

They exchanged views on issues relating to the World Bank, sources with the foreign ministry said.
