President of Democratic Republic of Congo starts China tour

Josef Kabila, president of the Democratic Republic of Congo, arrived in Shanghai Sunday to start his four-day working visit to China as guest of Chinese President Hu Jintao.

This is his second visit to China after he assumed the presidency. He was scheduled to visit Beijing after one-day stay in Shanghai.
